  1. It seems that telemarketers are getting worse now days and they are more relentless that ever. I need a T Blocker just so I can get through the day and meal times without interruptions. Is this easy to set up and use? I am not very tech savvy and wonder if it might be difficult for me.

  2. If a caller does try to cover up their caller id, does the t lock show their caller id to me or just completely block their call so I don’t even have to deal with it?

    • The blocked numbers are disconnected automatically. Not sure what you mean by ‘cover up’… if you are referring to the calls that show as ‘private’ or ‘out of area’ you can also block those by turning ON the feature that block calls with no caller id. Please refer to the manual for details.

  3. Thank you for posting the video. Do I need multiple devices in my home? I have one telephone number, but multiple lines and would like to know if I need to purchase more than one t lock call blocker.

  4. I am trying to find a user blog for the T- Lock or customer service. I notice that there one number that I have blocked but it still comes through to ring the phone? If I try to block it again, it says “repeat”. How do they get through. The number is a medical alert scammer.

    • I suggest you remove the number from the BLACKLIST and add it again next time they call. If you still need help, please email at http://hqtelecom.com or call customer service 786-221-5997. Thanks!
