Return Policy

Hi Q TeleCOM (HQT) offers a 7-day refund policy on all its products (unless otherwise specified). Upon receiving the item and copy of the sales invoice receipt, within 5 business days Hi Q Telecom will process the refund for the full cost of the item (minus shipping). Full cost of the item will be refunded to buyer provided HQT’s opinion the item(s) has not been damaged or altered as result of improper handling by client.
