1. When I start to program the T-Lock I get a busy signal or reorder tone from the local operating company and it seems to disrupt my programming.

The best way to program the T-Lock on a live telephone line is to call the line that the dial is installed on from your cell phone or other telephone.  When the phone that the dialer is connected to rings answer it and begin your programming.  Leave the other phone that you called from off hook so you have a silent connection with no interruptions from the local operating company while you program.

Make sure the dialer is not installed backwards.

3. How do I reset the T-Lock back to factory defaults.

If you have changed the program password and cannot remember it or the memory has been corrupted and cannot enter programming mode refer to Hardware reset.  If you know the program password (default is 54321*) lift the telephone receiver off hook and dial the program password and wait for a beep. Then you will dial 99 wait for beep and then dial 1 wait for beep.  The unit is now restored back to factory defaults. Hang up the phone to complete the procedure.
